Terms & Conditions

Statutory Position.
Care First Consultancy Midlands Limited and Care First Consultancy Training Limited provide products and services to local authorities, primary care trusts and services registered under the Health & Social Care Act 2008 to be used in an advisory capacity. This does not absolve any client from their legal duties and responsibilities to observe and implement the laws and regulations that govern the care sector.

The customer is solely and wholly responsible for implementing all Care First Consultancy Midlands or Care First Consultancy Training Limiteds’ advice, information or materials received thorough Care First Consultancy Services into its own activities according to the customer’s own judgement.

Care First Consultancy Midlands Limited and are First Consultancy Training Limited act in good faith and the client warrants that Care First Consultancy Midlands Limited and are First Consultancy Training Limited are in no way liable for any error, omission or matters arising in any way from Care First Consultancy Midlands Limited or Care First Consultancy Training Limiteds’ products or services.

Care First Consultancy Midlands Limited and Care First Consultancy Training Limited products are not intended as a definitive guide to current regulations and the customer must take responsibility in familiarising themselves with the full extent of the regulations that apply to them.

Payment.
The customer accepts that an invoice or receipt reflects the fact that the client has placed an order upon Care First Consultancy Midlands Limited or Care First Consultancy Training Limited as specified upon the invoice or receipt.

The customer confirms and accepts these terms and conditions in full and with immediate effect.

Care First Consultancy Midlands Limited or Care First Consultancy Training Limited provides no credit or account facilities in order to maintain competitively priced products and services.

Payment is due by return and must have cleared in full before products or services will be supplied by Care First Consultancy Midlands Limited or Care First Consultancy Training Limited

Refunds And Returns.
By purchasing from Care First Consultancy Midlands Limited and Care First Consultancy Training Limited the client accepts that the Company operates a no refund or return policy and as such products are not supplied ‘on approval’ or with any money back guarantee.

Cancellations.

Where services and/or training are booked in advance and cancelled then the following applies:

Cancellation within one month of commencing a service: no charge.

Cancellation within two weeks  of commencing a service: 50% of fee excluding expenses.

Cancellation within one day of commencing a service: 100% of fee excluding expenses.

(‘Expenses’ relates to mileage charges and accomodation fees that may be incurred in delivering services to the client).

Price Increases.
Care First Consultancy Midlands Limited and Care First Consultancy Training Limited reserve the right to revise prices as and when it deems appropriate and without notice or consultation.

Prices stated at commissioning services from Care First Consultancy Midlands Limited and Care First Consultancy Training Limited are definitive and correct at that time.

Manuals And Materials.
On purchasing Care First Consultancy Midlands Limited and Care First Consultancy Training Limited products for specific sites, the client must accept that the product is site specific and as such is only applicable to and for use for that site. Products must not be used beyond the site to which it is registered or licensed.

Should Care First Consultancy Midlands Limited or Care First Consultancy Training Limited products be used outside this agreement, the client accepts that this constitutes a breach of use and must compensate Care First Consultancy Limited or Care First Consultancy Training Limited as deemed appropriate by the Company.

Acceptance And Alterations
The customer (purchaser) accepts these terms and conditions in full
These terms and conditions may not be altered in any way.

Terms
“The Company” as used herein refers to Care First Consultancy Midlands Limited or Care First Consultancy Training Limited which ever is commissioned jointly or severally.
“The Customer” as used herein refers to those who purchases, jointly or severally, Care First Consultancy Midlands Limited or Care First Consultancy Training Limited products and services.
